Molly Mutt Europe warehouse is in Spain (Barcelona) and is providing Molly Mutt products to selected countries in Europe. To understand what is the shipping cost and service, fill in the postal code in the Cart, after selecting your product (Shipping > Add Info) or in the Payment page.
I don't get a quotation when I fill in my address in the Cart or Payment page, what can I do?

Do you offer Free Shipping?
We are able to offer better shipping conditions to some countries. For Spain (Peninsula and Baleares) and Portugal (excluding Madeira and Açores islands) we currently have a free shipping policy for orders of € 85, or higher.
We might extend the free shipping during some promotional periods, please sign-in to the newsletter to receive special promotions and conditions!
I live in Europe but my country is not in the European Union, can I buy your products?
Yes you can! Additionally to the shipping and related VAT, you will probably be charged duties and local taxes related to your order. You will be contacted by the customs authority once your order is reviewed and they will inform the amount to be paid.
How fast do you ship?
We do our very best to ship orders the same day or within 1 business day of the order date. When we are on sale or during special promotions, it can take 1-2 days longer depending on the volume. Keep track of your email (check also the SPAM folder) as you will receive information of your package as soon as it leaves our warehouse!
Where is my order
Once a shipping label has been printed you will receive an email with your tracking information. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to show up-to-date information.
If the tracking shows your order was delivered, but you didn't receive it (and your neighbours also didn't get it!), please contact us (info@mollymutt.eu) with as many details as possible (name, order number, e-mail).
