return and refund policy

If you'd like to return all or some of your purchase, please send us an e-mail (returns@mollymutt.eu) within 14 days of the date your order arrived. In your message, please specifiy:

 

- order number

- item you want to return or exchange

- reason why you don't want it anymore (you are not obliged to tell us, but this helps to correct possible matters)

 

Products should be returned without being used and in its original packaging

You can decide for a refund (in the same payment method as used for the order) or a coupon code, that will be issued once the returned item is received by us. The refund or coupon will be issued no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 

do you have free returns?
We're a small company trying to compete with some huge pet brands, and we're proud to offer free shipping in some orders to selected countries in Europe.

Unfortunately, we can't compete on all fronts, so we're not able to offer free returns as well.

That said, we do offer our shipping rates for your return. They are substantially cheaper than what you will find if you go to your local post office. This return shipping rate can be deducted from the refund or coupon code amount, if you prefer. Try to use the same box you received with your purchase, or a smaller one (in case you are not returning the entire order) to avoid additional return shipping charges.

 

but my item is defective
Please contact us right away by e-mail (returns@mollymutt.eu) so we can investigate and solve your issue.

 

exceptions
Refunds and exchanges will not be given for used or washed items. "Used" includes, but is not limited to:

- Full of fur
- Smells of smoke or perfume
- Scratched or other damage
- Dirty or dusty
- Discoloration
- Washed or dried

You can place a new order for the item(s) you want once the refund was issued or with the coupon code we will provide.
